  • A non-refundable minimum deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to lock the above date and time commitments. The remaining balance is due seven business days before the performance date.
  • If the performance date is within 30 days of the contract date, the full balance is due upon contract execution.
  • For outdoor events the contracting party shall provide adequate, safe and well lit stage location, proper electrical access and protective coverings for all musicians and equipment against extreme weather events (including but not limited to intense sun and rain). Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES will performance continue during convective weather (e.g. thunderstorms).
  • This contract also serves as a "HOLD HARMLESS" unilaterally indemnifying Lauren and all performers against any and all collateral mishaps and responsibility therein. Lauren Mullinax and associates shall NOT BE subject to lawsuits as a result of any event. It is strongly advised that contracting party have or obtain prior to event adequate liability insurance to cover guests and performers including equipment (equipment damaged by guests or poor conditions previously addressed will be the responsibility of contracting party).
  • Failure to comply with the above conditions could result in loss of performance and deposit.
